Café Gray Deluxe at the Upper House, Hong Kong Receives Colorful Summer Menu
It’s officially summer and that means restaurants are refreshing their dining options. Overlooking Victoria Harbor and all of Hong Kong, the Upper House’s Café Gray Deluxe has just released a revitalized summer menu that is certainly worth investigating.
Perched on the 49th floor of the Upper House, Café Gray Deluxe’s new summer menu includes a multi-course palate of Passion Fruit and Vodka-cure Yellow Tail, Crostini with green asparagus and tomato confit and a vibrant prime U.S. striploin steak with pepper mignonette and Café Gray steak sauce.
The restaurant is headed by world-famous chef Gray Kunz, who was the protege of legendary Swiss chef Freddy Girardet. Recognized in 2002 by the Culinary Institute of America as a Master of Aesthetics, Kunz is currently dedicated to ensuring his vision of excellence in Hong Kong’s Café Gray Deluxe.
